Just like you get oil changes to help prevent problems with your vehicle, we sometimes do preventative maintenance to ensure our system stays healthy and your service with us is at its best.
Sometimes this maintenance can temporarily impact your service, and if that’s the case you’ll find a detailed alert below.
Due to increased call volume, our response times are delayed. We will make every effort to return your calls within 24 hours. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: We will be completing maintenance work in the following Fenelon Falls area(s) on weekdays between 8AM-5PM. This work is being done to improve your overall quality of service by upgrading the existing equipment in the network, and to provide us the ability to increase internet speeds and offer premium services in the future! Impacted subscribers will receive an email notification about the work in advance (if you have an email on file with us), as well as a door hanger delivered to your home. Outages
